As a struggling business studies student throughout year 12 I was introduced, in
the fourth term, to Ian Moore's internet tuition site. The marks I was achieving
before regularly using this site were rarely in the fifties. After a term of
using creative classroom, it quickly became my most valuable resource for
learning and study. Because of this I began feeling confident in my abilities to
gain success in the business studies HSC.
The final result I achieved of 80 in business studies through using creative
classroom even for only a short period of time is a direct correlation to the
usefulness of creative classroom to students of all calibers.

First in the State in Business Studies, 2001.
I was placed equal first in the State for Business Studies. I also
received a mark of 97 for HSC Economics. During 2001 I extensively used
the processes in the Creative Classroom lessons. The stories and
structures used in Creative Classroom are an ideal way for remembering
the information as well as extracting the information for exams. During
the HSC exams it was easy to concentrate on the “unknowns” in the paper
as the content and ability to structure out answers was clearly
accessible through triggering off the stories.
From the group of fourteen who used these techniques for Economics, six
received a mark of 96+ in HSC Economics. The motivational teaching used
kept me going throughout the year especially during the difficult times.
I would encourage you to try the techniques used in the Creative
Classroom lessons. One of my friends in the Business Studies group who
used these techniques received a mark of 89 in HSC Business Studies and this
compares with the 39 he received at the end of Year 11.
I am sure you will improve your understanding of Business Studies and
Economics as well as having an enjoyable time working through these
lessons.
